HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS:

Room rate: The CLUW hotel rate is $109 single/double, plus current taxes of 15%.  Room reservations should be made no later than May 12, 2010, directly with the hotel at 1-800-345-5251 or 1-972-929-8950 (Group: Coalition of Labor Union Women) or by reserving online. Reservation requests may also be e-mailed to mvidal@sheratongranddfw.com or jkretchmer@sheratongranddfw.com.

A guest room may be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by a cash deposit in the amount of the first night’s rate which will be credited to the individual’s first night room charges. An individual must cancel her room before 6 PM Central Time the day prior to arrival to avoid “no show” charges of one night’s room rate plus tax. Should a guest depart earlier than the re-established date upon check-in a $50 fee will be charged to the individual’s account.

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 noon.

All guest rooms have free internet access.

Complimentary parking and airport shuttle will be provided. Guests must use the courtesy phones in baggage claim areas to request shuttle pick-up.

Pre-registration for NEB members
due May 12

Please complete the NEB pre-registration form and return it to the CLUW National Office by May 12.

You can mail your $20 Leadership Academy registration fee, pay it in Dallas, OR pay online with a credit card using the PayPal button below. Please note that you still need to fill out the NEB pre-registration form and fax or mail it to CLUW.

Our meeting will be an exciting time to address the issues facing CLUW, and includes events that will be valuable for you and the members you represent.
